At the Brown's home, Russell awakens to find that his wife, Martha, has died during the night and changed, he grabs hold of her embracing her as he gums her neck with her dentures then shoots her in the head falling over head causing them to fall over and hitting a torch causing their home to be set a blaze.

Jake works when Alicia comes to his quarters to apologise to him, she then begins to tells him the disapire she's fallen into since the world has changed and kisses him.

Troy listens to the radio as he and Madison continue on, he questions her about her mood after going to the site of Travis' death.

Nick awakens to find Luciana gone and only a note; Madison, Troy and the rest of the hunting party continue on; Alicia and Jake swim in th lake; Luciana reaches the border; End credits.
