Beginning, Serena and Tripp argue in the car and get into an accident; (repeats) Chuck ignores Blair's call.

Lily sits in her closet after not finding the letter anywhere, Tripp makes a mystery phone call, and Chuck hallucinates Bart. Repeats at end when Jenny, Eric, and Lily return home.

At the cafe, Dan and Nate talk about Vanessa. Willa and Vanessa walk in and invite Dan to Willa's country house. Nate tells Dan to pursue Willa.

Dan and Willa kiss. Everybody gets news of Serena's accident.

Chuck arrives at the hospital and flashes back to his father's death. He has a panic attack in the hallway and Blair finds him and talks to him.
