The party begins. Serena and Lily argue. People whisper when Chuck walks in and he hugs Lily. Nate and Serena argue in the stairwell. Rufus confronts Jack. Dan and Jenny talk.

Vanessa arrives at the party.

Jenny talks to Nate about Damien. Damien arrives at the party and punches Nate.

Dan and Vanessa agree to tell people about their relationship and they kiss. Serena and Nate apologize to each other and she says she loves him. Blair and Chuck kiss on the couch.
