Opening: Richard is comforted by Catherine, Bailey receives a message from Richard about Dr. DeLuca's memorial, Owen arranges DeLuca's hospital staff, Altman sees DeLuca instead of Dr. Hayes, Meredith walks on the beach and finds Derek fishing.

Dr. Hayes tells Meredith about her kids and how much they need her. She hears him and stops trying to reach Derek who told her that It's OK.

Levi talks to Bailey; Maggie hugs Helm; Memorial begins.

Everyone gathers outside of the hospital for DeLuca’s memorial.

At the end, Amelia and Link talk; Owen carries Teddy home.
