Cristina and Meredith figure out all the interns are missing because they performed secret surgery on Sadie.

Izzie wakes up alone in bed and she wants to know where Denny is; Meredith, Cristina and Bailey are operating on Sadie while Lexie is watching worried.

Derek is operating on a patient/discussion about words failing to express things; Sloane lets patient's daughter sleep on his shoulder while her father is in surgery.

End of the episode: Mer talks to Sadie; Mark tells Derek to take Lexie home or he will; Cristina arrives home to find Owen sitting on her front porch.
