[El Paso, TX] Pauly D & Vinny leave the house headed for Las Vegas.

The hungover girls & Mike leave the El Paso house headed for the airport.

The hungover girls & Mike settle in on the airplane. Transition to [Las Vegas, NV] Vinny headed to hotel, The Palms Place, when he calls his mom.

[New Jersey] Flight attendant wakes up the girls & Mike. [Mike's House] Mike arrives at home. [Jenni's House] Jenni arrives home. [Deena's House] Deena kissing her baby.

[1 Week Later][New Jersey][Jenni's House] J-Woww doing her daughter Meilani's hair.

[Las Vegas, NV] Vinny gets waxed in his Palms Place hotel room.

[New York, NY] Shots of Times Square, cut to "Hero Culture" celebration and J-Woww being called to the stage for her speech.

J-Woww & Meilani finish their speeches and return to their table with the others.

[New Jersey][Angelina's House] Angelina looking at pictures on her phone when she sends a text to Mike at Tao [New York, NY] and the gang discusses it.

Back at Cornerstone, Angelina tells Snooki & Deena that Mike knows he started this whole thing.
