[Naomi voice over] Naomi puts her glasses on and off again checking her vision.

People dance at a party at Nathan's house; Naomi arrives at the party people cheer and welcome her to the event, she makes small talk as she makes her way through the partygoers.

Naomi tells Nathan why Superman is unique and her hero after he trashes her interest in superhero; Naomi finds Annabelle with her boyfriend, Jacob; Jacob goes to get Annabelle another drink after she accidentally drinks an alcoholic beverage; Annabelle comments on the past relationship and chemistry between Naomi and Nathan.

Naomi and Annabelle head to the dance floor at the party.

Naomi skateboards through Port Oswego to school as she makes her way she's greeted with smiles and waves from her fellow townspeople.

Naomi and Annabelle hit up Lourdes, a fellow comicbook and hero geek like Naomi, for information on the Superman sighting in town but fail to get any information; Naomi receives a text from her mother asking her to return home for dinner; Naomi flirtatiously asks for Lourdes to contact with or without information.

Naomi drives herself and her parents to the army base for the debate.
