Lip gets a call about Ian then asks to borrow Amanda's car; Frank walks towards the Gallagher house.

Ian drives with his hands of the wheel and Yevgeny in the back seat.

Ian pulls the car over and gets out of the car, unbuckles Yevgeny from his car seat and throws him in the air.

Jimmy tells Fiona he loves her then they kiss as the Gallaghers, Sammi and Chuckie watch from the window.

Svetlana goes with Nika to the hospital; Mickey dials his phone; Fiona wakes up Jimmy and tells him to go.

Debbie walks to high school on her first day; She's confronted by Marita.

Ian takes Yevgeny into a gas station to shop for food and diapers; A woman gives Ian money for pampers.

In the waiting room of the hospital, Nika seduces Mr. Hewitt.

Ian leaves Yevgeny in the car and goes to the store; Ian gets into a man's car and they drive away.

Ian runs from the cops with Yevgeny into a grocery store.

Angela and Jimmy in the car waiting for Fiona to come home.

Jimmy tells Fiona that he loves her again then they have sex in the kitchen.

Frank lies in the hospital bed; Lip drives to the police station with Mickey, Carl and Debbie.

Fiona wakes up to Chris playing with Gus; Fiona checks her phone then calls Lip.

Police officer hands Yevgeny to Mickey; Fiona returns to Gus's house and crawls into bed with him.

Fiona runs to the hospital and hugs Ian as he admits himself to the psychiatric ward. Ends the episode.
