With Morgana and Stephanie by their side, Alice and Ben tell Virginia about Sibyl and The Firm plans then how they've enact to defend against with them; Sibyl, Jamison and Margot move the money.

Margot and Jamison leave with the money; Morgan and Stephanie thank Alice and Ben for the leverage they now have against Virginia; Rhys, Ben & Alice make rendezvous plan; the FBI search Alice's home.
