A fresh group of interns wait in lower entry levels of Chastain for their resident with Devon who gives them the same spiel Conrad gave him years before.

As Devi's have lunch at a restaurant Leela blows up her parents after they disregard her comments to them for Padma suggestions; Padma takes Leela away from their parents before Leela breaks down and calms her down in the bathroom.

As they have lunch with their daughters, Vineeta and Raj, begin to critique Leela life causing her to lay some truth bombs on her parents.
