Montage of the streets of London after the blackout; Liam stops by Kathryn's family pub, she almost attacks him thinking him a looter; Jasper tells Eleanor he's amazed to be waking up by her side.
Liam promises Kathyrn and her sister he'll look into what happened to their father; Robert complains to reporters about the government's competence handling the blackout.
Robert tells his assistant that the President can call back if it's important; Robert tells Willow that he had given up on love because of his duty, but he feels hope being with her; they kiss.
Cassandra's ringtone on the phone delivered to Robert; Robert answers and speaks with Cassandra; he sees Willow speaking to the press and tells Cassandra their date has been canceled.
Jasper finds Rosie in the security control room and not with Len; he uses the cameras to spot Len sneaking out; Robert eavesdrops on Cyrus and Liam arguing; Cyrus is banished.
