3. Tony driving, Christopher following, assassins waiting for Tony, Christopher double-parks and blocks the assassins.

4. Mikey kills the middleman for the Tony Soprano hit after Junior, ducking in the car's backseat, feels the middleman might blabber.

6. Tony and Isabella having lunch, or at least wine, after Tony's session with Dr. Melfi.
