1. Phil tells his underbosses he's decided to take down the Soprano family.

2. Tony, Silvio, and Bobby in a restaurant discussing how to take care of Phil Leotardo's planned take-over. Tony and Silvio do a little slow-motion shadow-boxing.
3. Dr. Melfi having dinner with colleagues. Her therapist, Dr. Kupferberg, pushes the conversation into studies about sociopaths and finally tells others that Tony Sopano is Melfi's patient.
5. Paulie and Patsy at the bar in the Bada Bing. Corky comes in to tell Paulie the hitters have arrived. Paulie scolds him for it. Paulie and Patsy go to take a piss.
7. Paulie comes into the Bada Bing to meet with Silvio to tell him that the hit on Phil was a success. Murmur comes to show them the newspaper, a picture of a Phil-look-alike who's been murdered.
