Wyatt Earp's great granddaughter celebrates her 27th birthday by reluctantly returning to her hometown to take on her family's legendary curse.

    It's her 27th birthday and Wynonna's phone plays the "Happy Birthday" song. After experiencing what she calls, a "head rush", she leaps to her feet to fight the demon that attacked Kiersten.

    Wynonna receives a "Happy Birthday" text from her sister. She starts walking down the road towards her hometown of Purgatory.

    Discovering that demons attacked Gus and took Waverly, Wynonna goes to Shorty's and buys a new bike. She rides out to the homestead, takes on the revenants, blows up the bike, and rescues Waverly.

    Dolls gives Wynonna & Waverly a ride back to Gus's house. Waverly & Wynonna discuss what Wyatt might have done to curse their family. Dolls blackmails Wynonna into working as a deputy.

    Red suggests to John Henry that it was he who provided backup for the heir and warns him to "keep to the outskirts". The revenants have a "war party" around the campfire at the trailer park.
