Quantico - Season 1, Episode 3: Soundtracks

The NATs work a 'Sink or Swim' challenge; Alex & Shelby untie themselves first; Simon & Ryan come in second; Natalie unties herself from Nimah and leaves her.   

The NATs work on their profiling project; Elias tries to talk to Simon but he ignores him; Miranda watches as her trainees tear each other apart from her office.   

The NATs train in combat, while partnered they begin to take out their anger on each other over their profile highlighted quotes and remarks.  

Sita pleads for Alex to turn herself in; Miranda visits her son; Natalie pleads with her ex to talk to their daughter; Shelby transfers money; Raina finds Nimah gone; Simon meets back up with Alex.
