Quantico - Season 1, Episode 4: Soundtracks

Alex works out; Liam wakes up the NATs for gun test; Alex wakes Shelby; worried Raina texts Nimah; Ryan asks Alex how she's dealing with her new knowledge about her father; the gun test. 

The NATs raid a house in a hostage simulation as Miranda, Liam and their analysts watch over them; Alex is reprimanded after leaving her team behind. 

Shelby suggests that she and Alex play 'Two Truths, A Lie,' Shelby reveals a half-sister and lied to the FBI about contact with her, then Alex confesses to her that she's the one that shot her father.

Miranda talks to the NATs about making choices; Asher sends Max a friend request, he catches Elias watching him; Alex calls her mom & admits she joined the FBI; Shelby finds Caleb at the gun range.
